Section 36
Power to make rules
(1) The Supreme Court may make necessary rules for the implementation of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the rights conferred by sub-section (1), rules may be made on the following subjects in addition to the subjects mentioned elsewhere in this Act:
(a) Provisions relating to the exercise of the jurisdiction of the High Court by a Bench of one or more Judges,
(b) Procedures for filing complaints, appeals or petitions in courts other than the Supreme Court, related documents and other matters related to the procedure of the case,
(c) Provisions relating to leave to rehear the case,
(d) the conditions and circumstances under which a case may be transferred or transferred from one court to another,
(e) Method of collecting records and data related to the work of the court judge,
(f) Other matters related to the administration of justice.
